Well, here we are at the close of another year with top 10 lists abound. Here's another accolade for Microsoft to chalk up for the Wall of Achievements: PC World has rated Vista the number spot for
The 15 Biggest Tech Disappointments of 2007. It's really a shame. Ya know, you'd think that with a development cycle of
five years they could have gotten it right.
But before the Mac fanboys get all worked up for another round of M$ bashing, the iPhone doesn't seemed to have faired well either. It ranked at #5. Why? Well, I think a lot of people thought its release was a large nail in the coffin of the closed network of the cellular telcos, only to have our dreams dashed because of its bondage to a single provider.
Oh well, at least someone besides myself thinks that Vista didn't live up to what it could have been.
