For those who have withstood the Siren's call of Microsoft Vista, hope is on the way for those who want a sharper looking user interface without buying into the sham that Vista really is. I found a skin called VistaXP for a theming application called WindowBlinds. Install this puppy and you can get all the nice bling for Windows XP without having to upgrade. Here's a screenshot of it loaded on my machine:
UPDATE: I have found a really cool application that not only allows you to do the Vista flip 3D effect, but the Expose effect from OS X. Check out my review here
